The Village of Keremeos will be holding an Electronic Public Information Meeting regarding the Draft Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 850 and Zoning Bylaw No. 851 as follows:

The purpose of the electronic public information meeting is to provide an overview of proposed changes to the OCP and Zoning Bylaws and to receive questions, comments and feedback from the community.
It is considered good practice to review an OCP Bylaw every 7-10 years to ensure that it is reflective of how the community’s long-term vision for growth and development. The current OCP Bylaw No. 807 was adopted in 2013, while Zoning Bylaw No. 778 was adopted in 2011.
The update is seeking, amongst other things, to ensure that these bylaws are clear, consistent and work together to further the long-term goals and objectives of the community.
